Frequently Asked Questions

Do we meet at your office, or online?

At this time, I am offering In-Person sessions at my office on 202 in N. Wilmington (think “Melting Pot”) or telehealth from Annapolis to Easton, Md. and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Payment

Your therapy is an important investment in your life. The long-lasting effects will more than pay for themselves throughout your life.

I choose to be a self-pay only therapist in order to provide longer sessions and provide more privacy than an insurance company will allow.

Payment is due at time of service, . I accept credit, debit, or HSA cards.

Couples (Telehealth and In-Person)
50 minute session $175

EMDR(Telehealth and In-Person)
50 minute session     $165

Individuals (Telehealth and In-Person)
50 minute session         $165

Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to attend your session, please cancel at least 24-hours prior to your appointed time. If you do not cancel at least 24-hours prior, you will be charged $75.

Insurance

I am not a network provider. This means that you will pay me directly at the time of service for your treatment.

Where are you located?

At this time I am providing In-Person sessions near the Melting Pot on 202 in N. Wilmington, DE and tele-health only in Maryland and lower Delaware.

Do I need to fill out anything before my first session?

Great question! For the free 15 minute consultation, no paperwork is necessary. If you decide to schedule further appointments, I will send you a link to fill out paperwork.

What do I need for a tele-health appointment?

You will need a reliable up-to-date computer with a web camera, a strong Wi-Fi signal, and the most recent Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari web browser. If you are in couples therapy you will need to be together on the same computer. A private space near your router is perfect!
